False Representation Or Implication That Documents Not Are Legal Process or Do Not Require Action By Consumer

A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Section 807(15) prohibits the false representation or implication that documents are not legal process forms or do not require action by the consumer.
