LAWDOG™.Com Publishing, Inc., a Nevada Corporation,  ("LAWDOG™") and You, ("Licensee"), agree to the following terms by filling in required fields in this Form and clicking on the "I Accept" button at the end of this Agreement.

The parties agree:

"Logos" means images and graphics provided by LAWDOG™, including, but not limited to, LAWDOG™ trademarked or service marked symbols and logos. You may not alter any Logo in any manner. LAWDOG "Logos" may be used on World Wide Web Site(s) or other Internet or intranet application(s), subject to compliance with all other terms, but only to link to LAWDOG™ at http://www.lawdog.com  and for no other purpose or use.

Intellectual Property Rights. You, the Licensee agree and acknowledge that the Logos constitute intellectual property of LAWDOG™ protected under United States copyright and other laws and international treaty provisions. Licensee further agrees and acknowledges that LAWDOG™ retains all right, title, goodwill, and interest in and to the Logos.

Only Permitted For Positive Presentation.  Licensee may not use any Logo on any Internet Site which disparages LAWDOG™ or its services. Licensee may not use the Logos in any way which implies endorsement or sponsorship of the Internet Site or any product by LAWDOG™. LAWDOG'S Discretion. The Logos may not be used in any way which, in LAWDOG™'s reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage LAWDOG™'s goodwill in the Logos including, but not limited to, uses which could be deemed obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful.

Term, Termination. LAWDOG may modify at any time. The license may be terminated at any time by either LAWDOG™ or Licensee upon thirty (30) days notice. The terms may be amended at any time by LAWDOG™ upon thirty (30) days notice. No amendment or modification to this Agreement by Licensee shall be valid or binding on LAWDOG™ unless made in a written document referring to this Agreement and signed by both parties.

In addition, if LAWDOG™ in its sole judgment believes that the Logos are being used for a purpose not approved by LAWDOG™, that LAWDOG™'s rights are being jeopardized or that Licensee is in default under this Agreement, LAWDOG™ may immediately terminate this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease to use the Logos and destroy all copies thereof in Licensee's control or possession. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.

LAWDOG™ may provide notice To the contact person under this Agreement by a general posting to the LAWDOG™ Website.  Any such notice shall be effective and deemed received when delivered, or on the first (1st) day following posting to the LAWDOG™ Website. Notice may be given to LAWDOG™ by Electronic Mail at support@lawdog.com
