| Fair Credit Reporting: Credit reporting practices are generally governed by Chapter 598C of the Nevada Revised Statutes. These provisions prescribe permissible uses of consumer credit reports, disclosures of consumer information, duration of credit information which may be kept in consumer credit reports, duties of credit reporting agencies, notice requirements, and penalties for violation.
