Court System:

Credit and collection matters are generally within the jurisdiction of the County Courts and Local Courts.

           Supreme Court:   Unlimited jurisdiction on all cases.

County Court: All civil action for money in an amount not to exceed the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).

Small Claims Court: All civil action for money in an amount not to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
