| The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations apply to all employers, employees, and commercial motor vehicles transporting property or passengers in interstate commerce. The Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999 (P.L. 106-159) established the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration which administers these regulations. | ||||||
